Home | Areas of Expertise | Clinical Exercise
Training programs that include exercises performed under the close guidance of an accredited Exercise Professional (Master's in Exercise and Health), who, under medical prescription, implements a program designed for a specific pathology or disability related to musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or metabolic issues.

All programs are executed by an Exercise Professional who, with the necessary and permanent proximity, guides the design and execution of the different types of exercises prescribed.

All programs are designed and executed taking into account the pathology present, as well as other associated diseases and conditions for the type of exercise to be performed.

During the course of the session and depending on the circumstances/diagnosis, the Client is evaluated several times on their Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen percentage and Effort Scale
